I have over 10 years of specialized experience providing therapy and conducting psychological assessments with children and adults of all ages. I currently provide treatment and conduct psychological assessments with adolescents and adults ages 14 years and older. My specialties include generalized and other anxiety and phobic disorders, mood disorders (e.g., bipolar, major depression, and persistent depressive disorder), as well as adjustment and personality disorders, severe mental illness (e.g., schizophrenia spectrum, other psychotic disorders), developmental disabilities (e.g., autism spectrum, specific learning disorders, ADHD).  I also have experience working with sports athletes (e.g., high school, college, and professional), business leaders and other professionals, as well as with community centers and not for profit organizations.


I originally obtained my bachelors degree (B.A.) in psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno, my Masters degree (M.A.) in Child and Adolescent Psychology and my Doctorate degree (Psy.D.) in Applied Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I utilize an individualized and eclectic approach to therapy and have been specially trained in many different treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), applied behavioral analysis (ABA), family systems therapy, psychodynamic, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and interpersonal (IPT) and solution focused therapies. I am currently a registered psychological assistant (#PSB94022935) and supervised by Dr. Gerald Duprez, Ph.D. (Psy12020).
